We have used Sanders for our furnace, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work since we moved into our home 20 years ago. Among the work were a new electrical service panel, electrical upgrade, new HVAC system, and a plumbing upgrade. None of the work was repeated due to the quality of the jobs. I recommend Sanders to anyone.
Sanders went beyond great customer service for my family. My wife has cancer and one of her comforts this summer is air conditioning. Our heating/air conditioning system failed just before the July 4 holiday and she was miserable. I contacted Sanders and the company owner visited us personally. He took charge of procuring the replacement systems and three excellent workers installed it the next day. If not for that it would have taken at least three days due to the holiday. We are most appreciative to Sanders for this act of kindness.

We reported some gurgling and slow draining. We scheduled a visit for 8 to 12 today and Randy was here by about 9. He was friendly, professional, and despite a rather complicated drainage system that are old home has, he patiently figured it out and cleaned and photographed our exterior pipes. It was a lot of work and took 4 to 5 hours. We were very satisfied with the service and Randy. Thank you.
I bought a new house this year and to say it simply, my entire HVAC system was a mess. The unit was too big for my square footage and the duct work was poorly done. I had already used Sanders as my plumber and noticed they did HVAC and remodeling too. I reached out and Pete, Rich and their team scheduled me quickly, helped me secure financing and redid the heating, cooling and duct work all in two days. In the dead of winter, they made it a priority to get my heat up and running and never left me a night without heat. I appreciate all their help and love my new system. Highly recommend
26 December 2024: Preston E. was very personable, pleasant, professional, and prompt. This was the first time I had Preston for a service technician, he provided great customer service and work performance (heating). He was very thorough while conducting inspections. He's top notch. Harmodies provided great customer service when scheduling appointments and contact of arrival of the service technician. OVERALL: AAA+++ from Hermodies and Preston W.
We are extremely pleased with the work performed today. They completely eliminated the venting and drainage problems on several fixtures in our 100 year old house. We look forward to working with Sanders in the near future on our bathroom remodel.
